Task Kitchen

A time-blocking app that turns a student's to-do list into a schedule they can actually follow.

A to-do list tells you what, never when, and the gap between the two is where procrastination lives. In Task Kitchen you add tasks with a rough duration, and the app lays them out as blocks of time across your day, fitted around what's already in your calendar. No dragging things into slots by hand.

Two phone screens: a to-do list with a duration for each task, and an arrow to the same tasks laid out as a timed schedule for the day

It's one Flutter codebase, published on both the App Store and Google Play, with Firebase behind it. We registered the company in Québec and built the landing page from scratch for the launch, which reached #13 Product of the Day on Product Hunt with more than 130 upvotes. Task Kitchen made $50 in its first 48 hours and about $300 in total before we made it free and stopped working on it. On Google Play, it passed 500 downloads.
